September 15, 2026 Meeting Highlights

Staffing & Enrollment: Kingsway Elementary is fully staffed, welcoming a new kindergarten teacher (Ms. Foster), 4th grade teacher (Ms. Watkins), and art teacher (Ms. Ford). Enrollment stands at 597 students (up from 565 at the start of the year).

School Performance: Kingsway earned a "B" School Rating for the 2025–2026 school year, showing strong gains in math performance.

School Improvement Plan (SIP) Goals:

ELA: Increase K–2 reading proficiency from 59% to 64%, and Grades 3–5 FAST ELA proficiency from 47% to 55%.
